• Payment of the order should be verified first prior to booking of pick-up.
• Customer will be the one to arrange pick-up and shoulder the shipping fee via Lalamove or Grab only.
• Processing of orders will still depend on payment confirmations/verifications.

In-Store Pickup
The In-Store Pickup option offers the convenience of placing online orders via COD only and picking it up at a selected Time Depot store convenient for you.

In-Store Pickup Schedule
After order placement, pickup day/time can be chosen. Your order will be available for pickup 3 business days after the order is placed. Please bring your pick-up email and a government photo I.D. to pick-up your order. When you arrive at the store, please speak to a store associate to assist you when picking up your order.
