PROCEDURE FOR ACCESSORY REPLACEMENT

  1. Fill in all the required details in Accessory Ordering Form and press ‘Submit’
    • In the message portion of the form, indicate the color and texture of the accessory requested (e.g. Red , Glossy)
  2. Once submitted, a Tracking number (TR#) will be sent to the Customer’s email for reference
  3. Our Customer Care Representative will reply to E-mailed request as soon as possible
  4. Customer will be informed when ordered accessory is available in agreed store pick up location
  5. All payments will be made upon claiming the ordered accessory in agreed store pick up location
